Underground Pipeline: Cleaning,
Inspection & Repair

Poorly maintained underground drains can cause damage and delays in operations and has been the cause of some serious incidents at plants and facilities.

At ESPI we use a high performance jet cleaning system with an advanced robotic inspection procedure which can provide detailed photographic evidence of the internal condition of the underground piping system, and carry out internal repairs if needed. Tank Cleaning, De-Sludging &
Oil Recovery Systems

We are industry specialists at cleaning large storage and product tanks, with a proven track record at many refineries and oil terminals, offering a range of manual and fully automated services for "Non-Men Entry" cleaning.

In the challenging conditions of the offshore environment where bed space is limited and has FPSO/FSO has to stay on location, we have developed a system which has gained widespread interest and reputation in the offshore industry, by making use of the sludge transfer system to bring the sludge to deck avoiding the time consuming method of mucking winches. This can also work in conjunction with our oil recovery system

We often recommend manual cleaning for crude oil tanks that have semi automated systems like Dosers and Jetting Systems, and our tank cleaning and oil recovery systems that separate the liquid from the sediment and have been known to recover over 90% of the valuable crude contained within the tank, reducing the overall cost of sludge disposal.

The sales value of crude recovered from our tank cleaning and oil recovery systems is often more than the cost of our service.

Pressure Water Jetting

With a wide range nozzles and trained operators we provide effective and thorough of cleaning of equipment like heat exchangers, piping and surface preparation that require lower volume but with higher pressures of up to 1000bar as well as lower pressure systems of 200bar that require a higher volume rates of up to 200 ltr/min that can be used for sewer and drain pipe cleaning.
